For customers in Ohio, Michigan and some states not covered by a Horton Dealer, sales go directly through a factory representative.
Horton Direct sales staff have more than 100 years of ambulance and rescue experience. Bill Baer, approaching 40 years with Horton, covers southern Ohio. Northern Ohio and Michigan customers work with Mike Olney, retired firefighter/paramedic. Steve Cole is our national Rescue Vehicles Manager as well as handling select counties in northeast Ohio. Wrapping up this all-star team is Jason Cavallo, who handles the states and international sales where Horton has no dealer.
