Bill Baer is one of the pioneers in the industry. With 30 years in the business, he's been through all the industry advancements, including the move to solid state technology and multiplexed electrical systems.
"It's really been exciting to be a part of this industry from the days of basic EMT training, to today's advanced EMS services," Bill said.
"Horton has been a pioneer in so many areas, with modular aluminum bodies, aluminum interior cabinets, solid state electronics, and building what the customer needs," Bill said.
"The fun part is working with the many dedicated fire department personnel and selling the best product on the ambulance market, with the highest quality and the most technically advanced features," Bill said.
Another reason for Bill's longevity has been the people he works with. "We have fabulous personnel to work with in house -- great service and support personnel," Bill said.
Bill lives in Columbus with his wife. They have two grown boys. Bill has a bachelor of arts from Marietta College.
